Your mission
Agile Transformation is hard. Companies struggling to become Agile can use Agilibo to help individual Scrum Teams to be self-organized and achieve better performance. Agilibo blends Scrum Framework from, Agile and DevOps practices to create SaaS Application that would help multiple Scrum Teams follow Scrum and DevOps with happiness thus boosting team productivity.
We are looking for a product owner to add to our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role on the Product team. You will work closely with product managers and the engineering team to manage the product backlog, prioritizing work based on customer needs and ensuring desired product outcomes.
Your profile
Through a high-level overview of the business and its objectives, you will support adjacent teams to agree on the product roadmap, prioritising activities and scoping work to help strategically achieve all project goals. You will also be required to support Agile practices and fulfil the obligations of a Scrum Product Owner, attending required ceremonies and working with the technical, UX and QA leads in the team.
This role will report to the Chief Product Owner of Agilibo.
  • You have experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, with demonstrable experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels of business
  • You're a clear and concise communicator, experienced in writing technical and functional requirements
  • You have business acumen, entrepreneurship skills or experience and have experience in negotiation and consensus building skills
  • You have strong organisational skills and unrivalled attention to detail, able to accurately coordinate with teams both internally and externally
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker, disciplined and an active listener.
  • The experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
  • Management of stakeholders and their expectation.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.
  • Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills and can provide attention to details.
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the product.
What you will do:
  • Increase an understanding of  Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.
  • Serve as the voice of the client.
  • Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
  • Own the product roadmap.
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
  • Assess value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Identify and help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
  • Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry

What you will need:
  • Scrum Master & Product Owner Certification is highly desired with a background of Software Development/IT
  • 5+ years in a dedicated Product Owner, Product Manager or a relevant Product / Engineering role
  • Proven experience in delivering B2B product, maintaining roadmap backlog, and ensuring product delivery on time and in scope.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external audience
  • A desire to be a self-starter who will live our values and actively participate in the organization
  • Previous experience in Software development in PHP, Laravel or Angular.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in maintaining and ensuring continuous delivery for a SaaS B2B product
  • A technical background with a CS or engineering degree, or relevant experience
  • An understanding and passion for solving the issues from an enterprise IT organization perspective
  • Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • A desire to work with a fun, world-class team and solve new challenges every day
  • RESTful APIs using Microservices architecture, Express, JSON, Web Sockets.
  • NoSQL and RDBMS (MongoDB, MySql 8.0)
  • Laravel + Vue, PHP
  • Angular, Typescript, VueJs, HTML5, CSS, Tailwind v3.0.23, SASS, JavaScript
  • Docker and Docker compose
